Sego Lily Yoga Class Descriptions
Yoga Basics A perfect place to start. Enjoy experiencing the foundations of movement and breath work. Wherever you are in your yoga journey enjoy getting back to basics.

Rejuvenating Yoga This basic level yoga class is great for beginners or experienced. Joining breath and movement with options for specific modifications. Leave feeling simply refreshed.

Lunch Break Take a break from the office and leave strengthened and energized. This class is taught in a flowing style intended for most levels.

Restorative Yoga Expect more focus on breath and relaxation for a peaceful end to any day. Mixing movement and meditation this class is for all levels.

Warm Flow Yoga A warm room helps create an energizing class for those looking for a challenging experience. Experience flowing sun salutations and a fun work phase. Warm Flow is the perfect opportunity for a strengthening workout.

Kundalini Yoga fThis style focuses on elevating consciousness, allowing for greater awareness of the mind and body. Through movements, chanting, and breath work feel more relaxed, healthy, and happy.

ClassicPilates Developed using breath work and specific movements to balance and strengthen the body. Feel the core difference in just one class.

Tone & Sculpt Pilates A wonderful way to get the tone figure you may be wanting. This class incorporates bands, rings, hand weights, and more for an intense total body work out.

5 - Class Punch Pass $50 (valid 60 days)
10 - Class Punch Pass $85 (valid 90 days)
Unlimited Month Pass $100 (valid 30 days)
Private Sessions are available. Contact instructor for pricing.

Yoga classes include use of meditation space, and all locker room amenities.


Wellness Program
Balancing self awareness, education, and exercise. This program offers: Personal training, A binder with Daily worksheets, a pass to all classes for the duration of the program and much more. 4 week basic program starts at $240
